sent the mod out today, made it easy to access everything so hopefully its an easy fix.. using the mod gave a glimpse of its potential and I gotta say it was amazing

this is the one not charging, just thought it was weird they were different colors

well his are still black, mine are white i dont know if that matters or not

looking at a friends board i think i found a resistor thats missing is there any way to fix it myself?

yeah i wont secure the board, its a fat daddy 510 low profile and the newer type so very easy to remove

wonder if i can send in my fully assembled mod to have it checked out, metered the battery, the connections are good.. theres no reason it shouldnt charge with either batteries.. everything on the mod works except for the charging issue

yeah i noticed that too which is why i posted this here, its just weird because it charged fine when it was first wired up

its not quite full brightness, but its nowhere near dim

after getting another board, getting everything soldered up by a friend who actually knows what hes doing my board was working. Hooked an atty up to the 510 and it fired and i was extremely happy to say the least after my issues before. Charged it up some to make sure it was taking a charge, I put it up to wait for my box to arrive.. box came today so i took everything out to get it ready and hooked it up to DM to make sure and now its not taking a charge at all.. i changed the charging screen to see if it was coming up at all and it does but the pack is losing voltage as its supposed to be charging. Frustrating to say the least after everything thats happened (99.9% my fault but still lol) started at 44% now its at 28% with no firing

Ok it's definitely the fuse, is there a way to have it replaced by sending it in? Not sure I could manage that job lol

the fuse is still green, I'll have to meter the pack again when i get home but when I checked it originally it was ok

screen will not come on unless usb is connected, im sure its because of how low the pack is reading and when i try to fire it it says check battery which is probably from the same cause.

everything checks out, had a friend check it over (im still very much a noob, i've built unregulated series boxes and stuff of that nature but this is something extremely new)

the tap looks alittle charred lol, but it seems superficial

I'm having this same issue, can't seem to catch a break after already sending in one board lol
