Do those pictures help explain what's wrong with this enough do you think it's just the battery?

And here are the numbers off it when I'm trying to charge it.

Okay here's a picture of it plugged in and there's also a picture of it when I am trying to push the button that would usually produce smoke from your name and it tells me to check battery

Here is the battery I have when I plug into it it says check battery and it will not take a charge does that mean the battery is bad?
