I've tried all those files that come with Escribe software. Are there any specific file that would help me ? There are 2 files on dna75 folder. I tried them. I also used factory defaults. they didn't help.

No board has its original serial number I checked already. Everything is original but board i think has some problems.

This one is a brand new Hcigar VT75 Nano. It was like this since opening the pack. I did all those and didn't change anything.

Whenever I fire the the device and leave it, the device powers off and shows Error up to continue error and powers off itself. There must be a way to disable auto idle.
