I've had my Hana V200 for about a week and today I've notice when I hit the fire button the screen goes black until I let go of it. I can slightly see the screen but not enough to read it. I've hard rebooted restored defaults and still goes black as I fire. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I agree John I have countless amounts of USB cables and I've only gotten one or two to workJohn said:There are a lot of micro USB cables that are charge only. That'd be the first thing I would try. USB had to work at Hana for them to load the newest firmware onto the device, and had to work here to get through the programming and test cycle (though that tests the board, not the connector), so the board has talked to a computer at least twice in its life before it gets to you.

When I fire my Hana V200 my voltage works fine but when I fire my Opus200 the voltage is always set at 12.3 or 12.4 no voltage reading at all. Is there a setting in E scribe to fix this and check what it's reading?
Edit: Nevermind I found the settings in Escribe I forgot everything is able to be configured. -

Set Screen -> Charging Brightness to 0%
Good idea. I set mine to 10% its just about visible but enough in a dark room -
Downloaded and installed the eScribe software and the new firmware update on windows 10 x64 no problems at all.

Make sure you keep up with the firmware there has been a few updates. You can experiment with the settings and if you feel you did something your not sure of you can reset the settings to default.
