Hi James, thanks for the reply. Using Escribe version 1.2 SP5.2 Still getting an error, going to tools > apply service pack > DNA 200 folder > 1_2_SP5.SW.Service is the pack I apply, it's now not turning on regardless of batteries or plugged into USB...

Finally took the leap to a DNA200 device! I got home, plugged it into Escribe and attempted to update the firmware only to be presented with this error. Initial message I'm given is: [CODE]"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application, if you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit the application will close immediately. Exception of type 'J.dc' was thrown, [/CODE] I then get 3 options, Details (Details shown below) Continue and Quit, Continue shuts my device off and quit closes Escribe with nothing happening.
