Our main problem here is that we can't ship our device to RMA because it will cost us fortune. So shipping is really not an option for us. I wonder if it's possible to fix this via firmware update?

No, it was enclosed. Didn't try to open it and my Therion didn't drop or soaked with water. This just happened after charging.

Yes it's a very big problem. Did you try to contact evolvapor regarding this? This is not the mods' manufacturer fault right?

Same problem on DNA 250 (Therion 166). It's charging and when I removed it, boom. This happened. EDIT: This thread should be PINNED!

When I tried to unlock my therion, I only saw the boot screen and when I released the fire button, the screen died. It will boot up when I am not taking my finger out of the fire button but still cannot read the battery. So I connected it to escribe and it booted all the way but it says 0% and not charging. Is my fused blown up? Thanks!
