  1. I'll be following this, I seem to be having issues with SS316L (only wire I have) as well. I think I might just buy some UD wire next time. My wire did come from a vape shop, but no idea what brand of wire it is.

The vape feels better on my cuboid, but that's probably because the cuboid SS 316 setting is not that accurate. I feel the DNA75/200 should be better once I get it set up correctly.

i can relate to the 'not blowing huge clouds', just good flavor. i find my crown, which i dont use much anymore, difficult to dial in especially with that 'clicky' aiflow. i can't find a comfortable restrictive lung hit on it. i usually set it between halfway and quarter open (between clicks). i find my goblin and goblin mini are great for flavor and i can dial in the AFC just where i want it.

That's one of my issues, the clicky airflow is a nice concept... but I can't dial it in the way I want it. Maybe I can try halfway and quarter open like you, maybe get a better feel.
  3. Hello

wondering what people use on their DNA200. In the market for some new stuff before TPD is heavily implemented in my country. The law has been make, we're trying to combat it, but we'll live in the dark for at least a while.

Currently, I use a velocity (rarely), thinking of getting the geekvape tsunami. I also use subtanks mostly (yes, still), but also an OBS crius and a Uwell Crown. While that last one is a great performer... I can't tone it down enough to have a great flavourful vape with less vapour. I can easily fire it on 250 degrees Celsius and get clouds and good flavour, but that's not really the way I vape. I do that on occassion. The Crius gives me more flexibility and flavour in that department.

  4. Totally agree, I'd like this option as well.

I also never understood the fact that temp=flavor and wattage=vapor.
AFAIK, temp is a limit, power is how fast you reach that limit. If you have your wattage set to 50W and the coil reaches like 200°C in no time at all, you won't get more vapor if you set it to 100W. I keep my wattage set to a point where it heats up the coil quickly, but not instantly. I prefer switching the temperature on the fly, not the wattage.
Maybe this could be an option depending on your profile. I'd rather see an option to have various default screen displays which you can link to a profile. Some info I have when using TC is useless when using kanthal, the other way round is true as well. I need to read my temp when in TC (preferably switch it on the fly), but that field becomes useless if I switch to a kanthal profile.

    Heyyo,

I'm just bought this mod lostvape 2 weeks ago and now it seems like got a big problem. It wouldn't charge. The usb charger seems fine, the chips also fine. The problems comes from the battery. It stated imbalanced battery. So i have check out the battery. The 3 lipo battery is not in the same volt level. It shows 4.2V, 3.1V and 4.5V. How can someone here advise me how to fix it? Is that mean i have to change a new battery??

Device monitor -> diagnostics -> Advanced -> Perform USB Recovery Charging
I hope that does the trick, but it is seriously imbalanced. All cells are at a healthy voltage, but the second cell is way off compared to the other two. 4.5V seems off as well.

About the file... I'm on the 1.035.2 version of eScribe, my eScribe version is 1.0.35.2, firmware is the 2015-9-30 release, so both the newest I know about.

When I try to open the file you provide here, I get an "Unsupported file format." error. How do I go about fixing this?

NVM, fixed it. just had to go into time/date settings and change the , to .
    Should've read up here :P
  6. I updated mine as soon as I got it, and might've reset, as I had to set my battery manually and the case thermals all seemed to be standard. Anyone mind sharing their factory settings or their own discovered settings here?

My battery read out at 13.98 Wh, so the 1300mAh LiPo seems to be a-okay in my opinion. Also interested in mod resistance, as I currently have no way of testing it and the field just says 0. If this is preset by factory standards, I would love to have the number on that as well.

Go to the install folder C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Evolv\EScribe\Languages  and copy the EScribe.po file from the en folder to the Dutch folder, you should probably make a copy of the Dutch one in case you want to go back.

Thanks, I was thinking that would be an option, but I was hoping there was a better fix than that. Not an issue though, changing the file as we speak!
  8. I downloaded the latest version of eScribe which contains quite a few translations. My native language is Dutch and my windows install is Dutch. For some reason, my eScribe is now in Dutch and I can't find a way to keep it in English permanently.

I know how to change it for one session (go to help -> about -> left click evolv logo 7 times, language option is available), but it resets back to Dutch each time I close the software and open it again.

It's annoying, because I prefer English. Lots of guides in English, translations are fine, but I just don't like it. Just as I don't like playing games in Dutch, watching dubbed shows (thank god we only have a few kid shows which I don't watch),...

[QUOTE=derichio02]Has anyone found out how to access the battery? Got mine on Monday but the panels don't look like they can be removed without damaging the unit. Also, what is this "case analyzer" is this for capturing the mod resistance? Is this in EScribe?

I got mine yesterday, asked LV about changing the battery... that thread you linked is right, you need to remove the carbon skin (most likely destroy it) and unscrew the plate to change the battery. This voids the warranty (LV told me so when asked on facebook).

So the whole 'replaceable battery' is true, but really bad implementation.
