It really depends on when they got it, I would think they would get it fixed within a day or few once they receive your unit. Then it will take a few days in the mail for you to get it. Mine was sent priority 2 day usps, and I think it was back the day after they shipped, now im also like an hour drive to where they are here in Ohio.

If they said you should get it this week im sure it will be at your door Thursday or Friday 

And yes not hard to be spoiled on the DNA200 bought another when mine went bad just so i wouldn't have to buy new coils

you did set up for titanium coil and uploaded the correct csv file into escribe and updated your mod?
Ti coils using nickle parameters will do that

[SMOK TFV4 TF-TI Coils question]

I have been using the tfv4 TI coil for a while now and like it alot.
Now i dont get the clouds like i do from a triple or quad coil, but seems to be better flavor and stays consistent. Plus does not drink the juice like the others.

 I attached my csv file that seems to work just fine for me (remove the .txt part)
Lock in ohms at 0.32, I'm set at 475 f but you can adjust for your taste, i set preheat power at 150w and punch at 9.
I do have power set at 70w just seems to work good for me there.

I just use a small file for most of it, then i used an Emory board (wifes nail file) to get into the harder places, it may not take much and may only need to do it to the cell area thats causing the problem

I had a connection problem with a few batteries, i just simply filed down the plastic cup on the positive side. only needed a little bit maybe took a 1/4 of it off and now all batteries work no matter what position they are in.

worth a try if your battery is still good

did you remove driver when you removed escribe? also some antiviruses can cause issues with this error
also try booting into safe mode and plug in to see if it still crashes.

I think i saw (read) something about Limited edition when i was researching the Reuleaux DNA 200 but I never thought i would be this limited. Guess i'm glad I got one might be worth a few bucks in the future LOL.

[Titanium coils]

I have quickly scanned through this so if i missed this sorry, but once you set up your profile, you lock the ohm's in, best to use an external ohm meter with a room temp coil, also the you are talking F or C ?
I use steam engine for my TI build and works with no problem. 
Now coltcannon you said you made a new coil the same way so it should have been the same, maybe ohms might have changed a small bit but you should have been able to use that same profile with no problem.

yea it seems like the ribbon should be set differently to better get that last battery out, but i have no problem in just pulling on the top of the battery, negative side, and comes out pretty easily for me.
