Hey guys, So ChunckyButt200 had it right at post #29, the wire was soldered to the wrong pin, since I'm no expert, it took me a few tries but I finally got it right ! Thank you big time for the support ! See you around.

Hey, So I managed, asking around in my favorite vape shop, to take a peek inside a working C1D2 (if it ever existed ) and I took a picture ChunkyButt200, tell what you think before I start heating up the soldering iron... so here's mine and here's my the (working) one I got my hands on, they're a slight difference at the C1-C2 area... If this changes what you thought I should do, let me know ! Thanks a lot.

Hey, i'll try that ! what you're saying makes sense ! it was connected to the up +, and needs to be connected to the down +, I'm recieving a soldering iron in tomorow or the next day... I'll keep you posted !

I guess you're right ! it really isn't my area of expertise... If I could see how a "functionning" C1D2 Vapedroid is wired inside I might solve this issue ! Thanks for the update thought, I'll try and contact VapeDroid for more info.

Hey, so I took off the black wire (even if I shouldn't have!!!) and the change is that the left button is inactive now ! the button on the right hand side still works properly.. here are more detailed pictures; Any thoughts ?

i'm a little sceptical on cutting the wire...no offense ! i'll wait and see if someone opens up its VapeDroid to see what the wiring should be !!! thanks !

I think the Dna board is underneath the one you see, cause there a 2 boards on my set up I can see the "up" written on one side and "down" on the other side just like it shows on the dna picture. Also, when i connect to evolv website via escribe, I have no issue, I don't think it's a clone issue...just a wiring one. cutting the black wire ? are you sure ???? thanks !!!!!!

hey, so i took the board off... and it looks like this it appears the #6 has nowhere to connect to... Can someone tell me why there's only one wire on this side ? the black wire is connected on #5 (up +) ? Is it normal there's no wire on #4 (down +) ? Somebody help !!!! what's wrong with this setup ? Thanks !

I can totally see that giz_60 ! Now my biggest concern is how to get the board out since the wires are on the other sides ! I' no expert ! Like i said ealier i think i have to unscrew (if i find the right tool) the 3 torx screws at gnd and then check the wiring ! Thanks
-
ok, i'll try this. If I understand correctly, where there's no continuity is where there is a problem, and where it needs welding... thanks a lot !
-
duly noted, I'll try to take the board out without breaking it I have to unscrew the 2 GND and 1 out torx screws to do so... right ?

hey ! thanks for welcoming me ! The up button goes up also ! i can only go up ! @retird : it says normal i tried switching to swapped and it only goes down now (the 2 buttons ) under the screen tab it says left, i've tried every combination...either the 2 buttons go up, or the 2 button go down ! what do you think ?

Hi, I just bought a Vapedroid C1D2, and the down button is not working properly. the down button, in wattage mode, goes up instead and I can't access the menu for TC and what not... Using the monitor on Escribe, the "simulate button press" works fine, but on the mod it doesn't, so I guess the board is ok ? am I wrong ? So my questions are : Does it come from faulty welding on the dna board ? Can I repare this myself ? if yes how ? menaning Is it complicated to strip down the mod and fix it ? i looked at the data sheet, I've seen where the problem might come from (holes 3, 4, 5 or 6 ) but i would apreciate some insight before I go further. Thanks for your replies
