what other programs can i use to make the profile apart from excel, i dont have excel on my pc?

Thanks for the quick reply. Can I just open it in excel and the columns and rows will be sorted? The information looks kinda crazy to me lol. Mine has: Battery charge, cell voltage and cell 1,2,3. Have I done my analyzer wrong? I have seen others like yours and it is short, but my figures keep scrolling down the page for miles Thanks

i just done my battery analyzer but i cannot load my file, it comes up with an error saying "The CVS file must have two columns, and at least 2 rows." i open it note pad and its just loads of numbers and its pretty long too, no idea how to idea this information. at the end result i got 10.502, would this mean my capacity is 10.5wh? Can someone please help me? Thanks

I have used my note 4 Samsung charger over night to charge and it does not charge anymore when I use my phone charger. Once I plug it into escribe it will carry on charging when it is already at 4.2 for each cell and package 12.6. Please help me

I have been trying do the battery analyser test and it does not seem to be working. I charged my device all night and I'm still getting the 'waiting for it to be fully charged'. I left it charging over night and just plugged it into my computer this for escribe. Does this mean I cannot do the test, any advise?

so i just download the file and it saves in note pad then i just upload onto the escribe and change 14.433 to 11.09? thanks for your help btw

I have updated the software and changed the battery part from 9 to 14.43 and it was working fine till the other day when it would stop charging at a certain point and after plugging it in again it will over charge. My cells were fully charged at 100% before it went weird. Cell 1 4.20 Cell 2 4.20 Cell 3 4.20 Pack 12.60.
