  1. I actually just checked mine due to the odd feedback I was getting from the fire switch and the ribbon cable was indeed pinched between the actuator and the button. I disconnected the battery completely and unscrewed the board from the body. Carefully lifting the board toward the 510 i used a toothpick to carefully bend the ribbon cable to the bottom while lowering the board back into place. Before screwing it back down I checked the feedback on the fire button again to see if it changed. If not I tried again till I got it. Just make sure to be careful so not to snap the ribbon cable.

  2. I've been playing with the DNA200 and Escribe for a few days together and I was wondering why but whenever the screen shows the battery at 42-44% I get a few more vapes out of it and then it shows "Weak Battery" I let it sit for 10-15 minutes and go back to vape it and it'll show 0%. Why is the such a large gap when showing 0-44% but it won't show anything in between? Could I possibly have the discharge curve set improperly?

  3. My own 3d printed design, next to a Hana 200. Measures 105mm x 50 x 24, just 5mm taller than a 1590G box. Would really love to get this made in aluminum. Got a 1200mah lipo pack inside, one could put a smaller cell inside to make room for connectors (XT30, etc) for easy battery swapping. As it is now, there's no wiggle room at all.

  4. Here's the bandgap reading

What I mean by popped the fire button, i think I arced it against the case by accident when I was assembling with the first board.

I also noticed in the device manager, that the battery pack was discharging at an odd rate as it was connected.

  5. I was uploading some profiles to my DNA200 board and shortly after I was vaping on it for less than 30 seconds when I started to hear an odd ticking noise. I unplugged the USB and atty, and then I tried starting up the board with the fire button, but kept getting the startup screen on the board. Once I plugged it back into USB, it started up to the second logo screen, and then showed "Warranty" I took a quick video with my phone showing what happens. I did upload the 07-09-2015 firmware to this board.

I am a little frustrated since I was able to use it no less than 24 hours. I also somehow managed to pop the fuse and  the fire button on my first board yesterday while I was assembling the test mod.
