They usually get answered within 36 hours.

I actually just checked mine due to the odd feedback I was getting from the fire switch and the ribbon cable was indeed pinched between the actuator and the button. I disconnected the battery completely and unscrewed the board from the body. Carefully lifting the board toward the 510 i used a toothpick to carefully bend the ribbon cable to the bottom while lowering the board back into place. Before screwing it back down I checked the feedback on the fire button again to see if it changed. If not I tried again till I got it. Just make sure to be careful so not to snap the ribbon cable.

I am, maybe it had something to do with MY curve, I swapped both back to the default curve in Escribe and now they been lasting MUCH longer than before. Usually after 5-6 hrs my Hana is down to 50% and I just checked it a half hour ago, it was at 65%.
-
I checked my settings, the Hana was set to 10.54 and my 3d printed mod was set to 14 since that's what is on the pack.

I have a Hana Modz 200 and I have one I made myself. The hana has a 950 nano-tech turnigy and my mod has a great planes 1200mah.

I've been playing with the DNA200 and Escribe for a few days together and I was wondering why but whenever the screen shows the battery at 42-44% I get a few more vapes out of it and then it shows "Weak Battery" I let it sit for 10-15 minutes and go back to vape it and it'll show 0%. Why is the such a large gap when showing 0-44% but it won't show anything in between? Could I possibly have the discharge curve set improperly?

Upload this curve into the battery discharge curve. Note that the curve is for lg he2 cells. http://evolvapor.forumchitchat.com/file?id=2391339

My own 3d printed design, next to a Hana 200. Measures 105mm x 50 x 24, just 5mm taller than a 1590G box. Would really love to get this made in aluminum. Got a 1200mah lipo pack inside, one could put a smaller cell inside to make room for connectors (XT30, etc) for easy battery swapping. As it is now, there's no wiggle room at all.

Everyone is waiting on beta cases earlier in this thread it was stated that all parts used in the beta will be for sale in the future.

Did you check each individual cell had a charge on it with a multimeter?

I attempted swapping the blown fuse from the board to The other but I unfortunately lost the good fuse during the swapping. I will have to send in both boards to be repaired.
-
I'll give swapping the fuse a shot, I just have to get out my telescope
-
No this is a different one.

Probably 15 minutes max. I just got the boards and made the mod yesterday.
-
Yes it is actually.
-
With USB plugged in it reads 1.2V
-
Core voltage is reading 0.15V
-
Battery reads 8.15v at the discharge wires and each battery reads 2.68, 2.78, 2.82

The firmware was uploaded yesterday night. Warranty showed up this evening. I have no clue what firmware was on it before because I did the update as soon as I finished building the mod.

I was uploading some profiles to my DNA200 board and shortly after I was vaping on it for less than 30 seconds when I started to hear an odd ticking noise. I unplugged the USB and atty, and then I tried starting up the board with the fire button, but kept getting the startup screen on the board. Once I plugged it back into USB, it started up to the second logo screen, and then showed "Warranty" I took a quick video with my phone showing what happens. I did upload the 07-09-2015 firmware to this board.
I am a little frustrated since I was able to use it no less than 24 hours. I also somehow managed to pop the fuse and the fire button on my first board yesterday while I was assembling the test mod.

Last night I bought an E-flite 30C 800 mah 3s pack with 18awg output wires. A little better so I won't have to open up the pack. I've also been trying to find the fully max cell used in the reference mod but no luck so far. Anyone have a link to it?
-
Thanks everyone, I think for the time being I'll just use the cells as is and when I get new ones with higher gauge output wires I'll swap them out. I've worked with Lipo packs in the past but id rather not go through the trouble.

Thanks John No I don't plan on Vaping anywhere close to 200 but maybe as high as 70. I'm also making one for someone else and he Vapes much higher than I do though we'll see what he thinks first.

I personally can't wait until the reference case kits are ready to buy. I've wanted one since I first saw a photo.
