OK i get it now and i can see the changes on the graphs, many thanks for your help.

I'm new to DNA and Escribe so i'm a bit puzzled on the materials screen. When i check the TCR via the action button it reads the same for all materials and if i change the TCR for one type of material it changes all of them. Am i doing someting wrong?
