This might be a stab in the dark but are all the balance leads the same length? I had the same issue with a 3x18650 dna I built, two of the leads were short as they were connected close to the balance port.and the other lead was the length of a battery as it had to be connected the other end. Once I remade it with equal length balance leads the issue went away!
It only has 2 balance wires, number 1 & 2, GND & 3 are jumpers from the battery connection pads, but the negative battery connection goes via the ground tab to the top left ground point on the board and the positive is wired. So as I said above there is a possibility the GND balance connection is higher resistance and why I asked if it is common that cell1 is the low one.
Sorry Vaping, i'm not so "technical", does it mean that i have to send it back (if Wismec reply me) or i can do something to fix it by myself? -
@Opako I'll let you know what wismec says

If it's not a bad Cell (battery) then you have a bad solder IF it's always Cell 1 and the contacts are clean an unobstructed. Arrange an RMA.
As VapingBad said, this is the worst situation
I've just write to wismec and i wait for a reply.... -
ok, i've try with the magnet, i've try to clean contact and i've try to swap batteries...nothing
Now i'll try to write to wismec.... -
i've try to change the position of every battery, but it continuosly giving me same result on cell 1....so this is not a battery problem. What i've to do?
I don't mind doing a Profile for Samsung 25R's but they're not brand new batteries nor are they married from day one. I was going to do a Sony VTC5 Profile because mine are relatively 'new.' So let me know. The 25R's are probably 4-5 months old, but they appear to be working fine. It is easy to do as a DIY, just make a rabbit ears Atty as is shown here and run the Battery Analyzer http://i.imgur.com/gEGDWV1h.jpg
Hello Jaquith. Could you please do the Sony VTC5 profile. I would like to see what you get. I like your input and how you do your profiles. Thank you.
Me too please!!!!! -
Vaping you give me a relly BIG BIG BIG help!!!!!!!
I just reduce a lot the difference with the point that you give me. Now i'll try with the magnet and hope to clear this small balance difference.
Only hope that it isn't a problem of the mod....
I'll let you know.
THANKS again!!!!! -
ok, understand. But what i have to do now?

If you swap the a battery positions and cell 1 is still the weak one in Escribe then it is a problem with the mod.
now seems to be better (it doesn't say me nothing at the moment).
I clean the battery and mod contact with alcool and i change also battery position
-
but all the batteries are fresh (VTC5). I've charged the first time with the Nitecore intellycharge i4, and the direct with the mod.
I aslo show you my setting

Have you plugged into escribe and watched the stats on the monitor panel while this happened? I'm wondering if you are getting good connection on all 3 cells. There have been some units that are having connection problems because the plastic ring is a little high or the batteries are a little old and worn.
unfortunately at home i've only mac, i'll try to have teh same problem whan i'll be at work and i'll check. Anyway thanks for the info i'll try to check the connection.
Thanks for your help!!!!! -
I use VTC5 and cut off set to 2,8. I can't understand why every time i reach the 37% of battery (indicated) during a 60w vaping, it start to tell me "check battery". I must drop down to 50 or 40 w and it start again to power....anyone have the same problem?
