I got one today and all the cells have about the same voltage drop, it may just be the ground strap screw is not tight enough in the ones with a weak cell 1.
This might be a stab in the dark but are all the balance leads the same length? I had the same issue with a 3x18650 dna I built, two of the leads were short as they were connected close to the balance port.and the other lead was the length of a battery as it had to be connected the other end. Once I remade it with equal length balance leads the issue went away!

It only has 2 balance wires, number 1 & 2, GND & 3 are jumpers from the battery connection pads, but the negative battery connection goes via the ground tab to the top left ground point on the board and the positive is wired.  So as I said above there is a possibility the GND balance connection is higher resistance and why I asked if it is common that cell1 is the low one.
Sorry Vaping, i'm not so "technical", does it mean that i have to send it back (if Wismec reply me) or i can do something to fix it by myself?
I don't mind doing a Profile for Samsung 25R's but they're not brand new batteries nor are they married from day one. I was going to do a Sony VTC5 Profile because mine are relatively 'new.' So let me know. The 25R's are probably 4-5 months old, but they appear to be working fine. It is easy to do as a DIY, just make a rabbit ears Atty as is shown here and run the Battery Analyzer http://i.imgur.com/gEGDWV1h.jpg

Hello Jaquith. Could you please do the Sony VTC5 profile. I would like to see what you get. I like your input and how you do your profiles. Thank you.
Me too please!!!!! :)

Have you plugged into escribe and watched the stats on the monitor panel while this happened? I'm wondering if you are getting good connection on all 3 cells. There have been some units that are having connection problems because the plastic ring is a little high or the batteries are a little old and worn.

unfortunately at home i've only mac, i'll try to have teh same problem whan i'll be at work and i'll check. Anyway thanks for the info i'll try to check the connection.

    Thanks for your help!!!!!
