how can I send to Evolv? Open ticket first or how?

Cell 1 : 1.17V Cell 2 : 4.61V Switch battery position or using other full charged battery type/brand (vtc4/vtc5/samsung 25r/lg hg2) is also the same results.

Accidentally I changed battery setting from Lithium polymer to Power Supply mode. But when I try to change back to lithium polymer setting with general battery settings (11.1 Wh, 2-cell, 3.09V cutoff) then upload settings, still cannot charge and display battery check everytime I press firing button. Try downgrading to SP3 or SP5a firmware still do not work. What should I do?
