If my VapeCige VTBox200 v4 device turned off, no longer charges, and is not recognized by escribe or my computer does this mean I would need to have RMA to get it possibly fixed? I am thinking about trying a new battery, but am holding off trying to find a cause and a fix...
My device was running low on charge and when I plugged it into my laptop, it turned off and would no longer connect. I don't think it is the fuse as it doesn't connect. I'm at a loss...

Just wondering if anyone has a VTBox200 with Both side panels screwed on (no magnets), and a battery soldered directly to the board (no connectors) except the balance charging port. Also, how can you tell what version you have: v1, v2, v3? Serial number 1523.

thanks, i was saying i'm pretty sure the problem wasn't just a fuse problem ,as even with a blown fuse you can connect to escribe. which mine will not.
