Try to get Sony VTC5A... If you are vaping at 140w -> P=U*I -> I=P/U = 140 / (2,8*2) = 25A! I used the 2,8V which are used for soft cell cutoff. (*2 because of 2 batteries) Also the current is more than I calculated (estimated ~10% for the chip...) The LG HG2 are only rated for 20A and could already be damaged... So the voltage sinks down very fast and the "check battery" warning shows! I recommend you to change your batteries!
