OK, I pulled out the HE4 and put in an HD2, will see if anything is different now.
-
What wire types are you using?
-
So to get in on the act I took my HE4 in my SMY SDNA75 down to 3.3, that's when I got to see the battery bar flashing for the first time. Using @ 40 watts/50 preheat.

Gee thanks Bill....lol

Hcigar and Hotcig come to mind. There was a group buy early on for the Hotcig and they were told up front there would be no manufacturer's warranty. As I recall they did end up warranting them though as there were a bunch with bad batteries.

Come Monday we'll see what Chunky has to say about ss430, I sent him some to sample yesterday.

Have a set of rods, drill bits, Allen keys ect. of known sizes or get out the calipers and size the rods.
But you don't need to put in that info to get TCR/TFR as that doesn't change with size or ohms, it only changes with different material -

It has to be fully charged to start battery analyzer. Case analyzer needs to have the battery on the low side.
It should eventually start -
I didn't try to fire it with only the balance connector on but as I posted earlier pack voltage was there but the cell voltages while adding up to the pack were unbalanced.
Checked with a meter though they were balanced. I'll try again when I actually get up. -
I had an extra lipo sitting hereBillW50 said:No I didn't disconnect the USB. If you did, it disconnects from EScribe. And the DX200 you really can't just disconnect the balance connector alone very well without making a test cable or disassembly.
One of those Lion Power 1800's of an earlier topic...LOL -
Did you dis-connect the usb for each step?
Is that with the balance connector in? -
First off the voltage being displayed in device monitor is what you need look at as what is on the display may not be accurate.
Is the situation with needing jump started with the usb even after charging stops? -

And to add to dwcraig1's suggestion, unplug it from the USB when you disconnect the battery. As with the USB plugged in, it still gets power and removing the batteries for a bit will not reset the DNA200.
Good idea -
This is really a long shot but have you tried completely disconnecting the battery ( both main plug and balance plug) and re-connecting it. This would amount to a hard re-boot.
Might not help but should be easy enough to do. -
Also see if you have battery voltage at pin #1

PM sent

You might want to run the battery analyzer if your after good accuracy with the battery gauge.
-
Only your battery % display or battery symbol will not be accurate.
I guess it came in a Vapecige mod correct? -

So does EScribe add up the voltages from the balance tap or is it read off the power side to get pack voltage? This is something I'm unsure about.
I'll answer my own question as well as the poster's.
Here's what I did, I removed the battery from my DX 200 and plugged it into EScribe.
No cell voltage, no pack voltage listed in EScribe.
Next I plugged just the balance connector from a loose balanced lipo into the DX 200
It read pack as well as cell voltages in EScribe but appeared unbalanced..
BTW it showed charging which I really didn't expect.
The loose lipo was checked for balance with a meter.
So with a blown fuse pack voltage will still be shown in EScribe.
@WTVapes it appears that your fuse is gone. -
It is pretty widely known that the capacity of this particular battery was overstated.

So does EScribe add up the voltages from the balance tap or is it read off the power side to get pack voltage? This is something I'm unsure about.

The Lion Power battery while labeled 1800 mah is closer to 1250 - 1300 mah. Use 1400 - 14.43 watt hours for the setting.
As far as the changing numbers, I don't know. -
You got it
Here's my crude wiring for positive on the juice bottle and pin #3 (red one)
Tape the wire to the side of the bottles cap.
Do the same for the bottom of the juice bottle and insert into #2 (the white one you have arrow pointing.
Probably best to get the bottle into the charger first then connect to #3 and 2 on balance plug. It should take 1 - 2 hours
If you have a meter you can see if it's coming up or not.
As I said in my original post " I didn't like that juice anyway" I sure did like the bottle though...LOL

I would set up identical profiles and switch to the next profile when changing atties. (my work around)
