I just bout Orion Plus Kit and I cant make work, any suggestions
Many video's here may help... you have not given any details on what you mean.....

I've been asking the local vape stores to carry the products I use so we will see how that goes. BUT, as an example, my father-in-law buys his cigars on line and the company he buys from uses a 3rd party company to verify age and he gets his order via USPS or UPS. So lets see how this all shake out... Seems to me that if he can buy cigars there is a way for us to get vape stuff mailed also... just my thoughts...

Can you post a screenshot of Device Monitor with the device plugged in? Would be helpful. THX
-
Thanks James for the info. I was puzzled as to the blinking orange having not seen it. If I knew that from beta testing I've since forgot it....lol
-
Also some mod makers have put a tinted screensaver an the screen window of the mod to protect the screen.
-
You might connect to EScribe and run Device Monitor as that updates the time... Updated my time due to Daylight Savings time change in my neck of the woods...
-
Great... Please let us know how it goes....

That question has been asked a lot over time. I just add to the conversation:
USB C to Micro USB Adapter, Type C Female to Micro USB Male Convert Connector Support Charge & Data Sync. You can get them as cheap as 4 for 7 bucks, plus shipping, on the internet. Example link below..

hum, if all other themes work then I suggest you contact Sir by message and ask him. You said it worked at one time so maybe there is something he can help you with as I doubt there is anything wrong with the DNA board.
-
If you want install this theme, lock the screen and plug in the charge cable. Post a picture of the lock screen while charging. Does the screen show fully populated?
-
Have you downloaded the Gauges Theme from the download area of this site again and installed it again. I installed it and works perfect. This download was posted by Sir himself and other downloads were not. Try this one.

I'm running this INT version of EScribe... https://www.evolvapor.com/escribe
And in Device Monitor it shows I'm running Version 1.1 SP 33.2
Themes run fine on my 75C device.
Did you try a Hard Reboot
Also you might download a different theme and install it.

DNA 250C with 4 cells....
Info seen in the 250C Data Sheet https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna250color.pdf
The device was a beta test unit from some time ago.... who would ever need 400 watts but 4 cells is great for vape time between charges @ lower wattage 🙂

Nope. You can lock/unlock resistance by 5 clicks, then power + right key, or you can do it in Escribe.
In case of locked resistance, you have to unlock before doing that, then lock afterward. That's a ridiculous amount of keystrokes. Yes, it's fairly rarely needed, but why make it so complicated?!
Don't insult my intelligence Tim Cook, I do need a headphone jack. Force reading resistance is needed mostly in cases of heavy contact clapton coils. No matter how much "strumming" you do during installation and how perfectly they glow, they always "settle", drift from their initial reading somewhat, in a second or even a third digit… But that's enough to throw the temperature readings out the window. Once the coil(s) have "settled", you re-read the resistance and live happily ever after, till the next coil.
Was not "insulting" your intelligence. I merely was asking a simple question. It is kinda hard to determine most posters' level of understanding DNA technology, especially if they only have posted 2 posts....🙂 don't you see? I may not be the sharpest pencil in the package as I've only been helping folks with DNA technology for over 10 years. I may have forgotten a few things about the Darwin, Kick, Kick 2, DNA20, DNA25, DNA30, DNA40, DNA60, DNA75, DNA 200, DNA250, DNA75C, DNA 250C/DNA 400C, DNA Go, and the Reflex. Hum, have I left any others off this list?
As you know setting the initial resistance with a hot atty will cause it to drift quite a bit. I try to tell folks to set the cold atty resistance first. If you fiddle with the atty to get it to glow right, let it cool down so the atty and the mod are at the same temperature (what we call room temperature) and then set the cold resistance. I think you will find less drift and you may not need to occasionally lock the resistance either. . In Resistance Locked mode the DNA will use the present atomizer cold resistance without refinement until the atomizer is disconnected or the resistance lock is disabled. It defeats the refinement function.

I've been collecting DNA mods and 3D printing DNA devices for many years now. Obviously a big fan. However, there's one thing that bugs me a lot when it comes to the "old" non-color models… How on Earth do I force them to re-read the resistance? Lots of cheap mods have a keyboard shortcut for that. Yihi has a keyboard shortcut for that. You can do it from the menu on color DNA models… But is there a shortcut for it in DNA250 and DNA75 chips?
I very, very, very seldom ever need to re-read resistance either and never re-read a hot atty.. You are not trying to re-read a hot atty are you?

Chrome OS is not supported as far as I know. You can Google Search the Internet for "lost vape drone bf dna 250c Users Manual" ... but may not find one. Here is a link to Lostvape user manuals and nothing there for your device... https://lostvape.com/download/#user_manual
Also lots of videos where you might get some knowledge.... https://video.search.yahoo.com/search/video;_ylt=AwrJ61g0cTJgwN0AUC9XNyoA;_ylu=Y29sbwNiZjEEcG9zAzEEdnRpZANDMDkzNF8xBHNlYwNwaXZz?p=lost+vape+drone+bf+dna+250c+tutorial&fr2=piv-web&fr=yfp-t

I have lock screen time set to a few minutes so mostly if I do want to check charging % the screen is locked when I click the fire button so there is no drop in charge current. I mostly just watch the LED color though.

I have several mods that have a slight space between the fire button and the case where light from the LED can be seen. Red for charging and Green for charged shows in this space. If I want to see the charge % all I need to do is click the fire button to turn on the screen... pretty easy....

Thank you very much for your answer. I'm wondering if I can charge my USB OTG device while I take a puff or is the power supply interrupted?
heck, just try it..... I never have tried it but would guess it interrupts vaping....

The DNA 250C supports USB On-The-Go. An OTG adapter may be plugged into the Micro USB port on the device to charge any other device capable of charging via USB. By default OTG charging must be toggled on manually from the device. OTG charging can be configured to begin automatically using the Power Bank option in EScribe on the Display tab. OTG charging will not over-drain the DNA 250C.
Data Sheet: https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna250color.pdf
DNA-250C is a problem with a battery charge up to 100%.

.Batteries degrade over time and charges and have a life cycle.. It is recommended that batteries for a 250C be "married". In other words only used together as a pair. You say the batteries are about a year old. Were the batteries always used as a "married pair in a device? You might consider trying a couple of new ones to see if that helps
