Lost vape Orion purple light of death ?

What happens when you take off the pod and repeat the process you described. What do you see in Device Monitor? What does it say in the lower left corner of Device Monitor?
  4. Have you searched the forum for the csv file for those batteries? You can run Battery Analyzer to create your own.... look for Battery Analyzer under the Mod/Battery tab in EScribe.

How to keep the battery efficient?

Simple answer is to periodically charge the device. When not in use a very small amount of current still flows and after long period of non-use the battery is discharged to a level that the on-board charger will not activate. Key is to fully charge before putting the device in mothballs and top off the charge every 4 to 5 months..... another option is if you can unplug a fully charged battery pack (depends on design of the device).

    Therion 166 USB broken.

You might start a ticket with Evolv and explain what happened. Tell them you think the usb connector just needs to be replaced. See what they say. Also tell them the name of the mod and how long you have had it. Here is the link....

    Therion 166 USB broken.

You can replace the board.... If you are really skilled in working on circuit boards, and the board is not damaged, I guess you could replace the usb connector....

    Check atomizer

I'll ask again: Does it work just fine while vaping in TC mode on the 250C? I'll ask again: Can you put the same coil in a different atty and try it on the 250C in TC and Replay modes? The 250C is different than the 200 and 250....... Please comment after you do these things....

    Check atomizer

The check atomizer message can mean several things. Maybe the device is built different than the 200 and 250 you have (the 200 and 250 don't have replay either) and there is a connection issue with that atty which will give a check atty message.. Can you put the same coil in a different atty and try it? Note that some atty's don't play well with replay..... here is a link if you choose to visit..... your atty may, or may not be one shown that doesn't play well with replay... Does it work just fine while vaping in TC mode on the 250C?

    250 DNA does not work

Could it be that you have a bad or broken connection in the battery tray or juice leaking onto the board? Can you use a meter and check the voltage at the wires going to input connections going to the board at B- and B+? See diagram in pdf linked here:
  16. OK.... thx..... good to know....
  17. Since you saved the Triade Theme could you post it here so I can look at it. I'd be interested in knowing what it can do. May be helpful to aid in future questions asked by others.
  18. I am not versed in designing Themes but if possible and if the functions you want are available for a theme they would need to be designed into the Theme. You might look at the design of your theme and see if Stealth is already there. There are numerous Themes in the Downloads part of this forum where you can look at the screens and functions and choose the Theme you want. I recommend you save your current theme before changing to another in case you want to go back to Lost Vape Theme. Here is the link for 75C and 250C Themes:
  19. I thought that article was probably not correct. There is a stealth mode in the Theme I use with my 250C devices. Here is a screenshot of one screen in Theme Designer. So with the 250C you turn Stealth on and off from the menu. I think Stealth only works when firing the device as you need to see the screen to use the theme. Here is another part of a reddit post I see: Although they do have a lock. But the screen will light up in either case. There is a stealth mode, but it is only stealth when you fire it and not in the menu system.
  20. So when you lock the device you can still adjust power???

    DNA 250c issue

Which device is this? What Theme is installed?
  22. As we know there is many ways to design a Theme for the 250C board. I don't know how factual this article is, as I don't have a Triade nor do I know about their theme design, but I ran across this article: From this article it says in part: DNA250C Modes Available to the Lost Vape Triade Locked mode: Pressing the fire button five times with less than .7 seconds between presses will cause the device to enter Locked mode. In Locked mode, the device will not fire and the output power will not adjust accidentally. While in Locked mode, the screen will be off, except that pressing a button will show “Locked, Click 5X”. To exit Locked mode, press the fire button 5 times. Stealth mode: While locked, holding the fire and down buttons simultaneously for five seconds will switch to stealth mode. In this mode the display is off. It will still show error and lock messages. To switch back to normal display mode, hold down the fire and down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. This setting is stored to internal flash memory, and remains if power is removed. Power Locked mode: Holding down both the up and down buttons for two seconds will place the device in Power Locked mode. In this mode, the mod will operate normally, but you will not be able to change the power setting. This mode prevents accidental power level changes due to the buttons being pressed while in a pocket. To exit Power Locked mode, hold the up and down buttons for two seconds.

    DNA 250c issue

After putting in the batteries what happens when you press the down button and then the up button? If that moves the choice between yes and no (new/old, etc depending on the theme you have) then just select (middle button) your choice. If you are only changing batteries while using the device then you probably don't need to select "new coil".
  24. Ni-chrome isn't a temp control wire. 316L works in replay thus they should work in Temperature Control on the DNA133. My thought is use your Ni-chrome coils in wattage mode and 316L coils in Temperature Control mode.
